Our Spring real estate market began early this year in February and is continuing through March. We continue to be challenged by low inventory in certain areas, but happily many buyers have been finding the homes they've been searching for recently. If you or someone you know may be planning to list your home, it is not too early and sooner may be better for you given the unique circumstances these days with the recent stock market fluctuations and Coronavirus concerns. These factors may affect our local market in some ways, but serious buyers and sellers will continue to move forward with their plans.
