Despite this chilly February, Spring is just around the corner! Local market trends continue, and pretty much every property in good condition sells quickly and with lots of interest. This is not sustainable long term, but it's a great time to be a seller! Rates are still very low for buyers, but there's strong competition due to limited inventory. The process of going from contract to settlement has changed in important ways as well.
