Monthly Spotlight - October 2021

As the leaves start to turn and the temperatures begin to cool, many people are starting to wonder if the local housing market also is. Most of us in the trenches every day are noticing a slight cooling, as some properties are on the market a few days or a week longer than they may have been this past Spring or Summer. Having said this, many properties are still flying off the market with multiple offers if they are in good condition, desirable locations, and actively marketed to qualified buyers. Currently I'm working with several people who haven't been able to find quite what they want yet, and in some cases others are just starting to search with the hopes that their timing will be better this Fall or Winter. No matter how a seller looks at it, it is still a great time to sell! In addition to the local market update below, this month's information includes an article about online shopping deliveries, especially timely as we approach the holiday shopping season. Enjoy the update, and please call me any time with thoughts or questions!
