The groundhog has predicted 6 more weeks of winter, but that isn't long if you think about the fact that 6 weeks ago was early January! How fast did that time go? Before we know it, Spring will arrive and with it hopefully more properties listed in our local market. Inventory remains our biggest challenge, and if you look at the statistics in DE and PA below, every category indicates that sales are down and prices have increased. While the winter season has traditionally been a slower time of year, if there were more homes on the market, more would be selling.
