With the holiday season fast approaching, thank you for taking a moment to see how things are moving in the local housing market. Conditions are similar since last month's update, but one thing we're seeing more frequently lately is price reductions on current homes for sale. Some buyers are re-thinking their plans and postponing their search, while others are indicating that they don't want to pay too much because of higher interest rates. Having said this, there are still serous buyers just waiting for a home they like to be listed, and properties that are prepared and priced right are still selling quickly. Have questions?
