You're likely hearing various national news stories about the real estate market as it continues to settle after a couple of unusual years, but remember that regions are different and statistics nationally may vary from those in our local area. If you look at the year-to-date information below, you'll note the overall trend of significantly lower sales and increased prices. Please keep in mind that this is since the beginning of 2022, and the first half of the year was different than the second half of the year. Having said this, desirable properties priced right continue to sell quickly with lots of interest.
