With lower interest rates and upcoming new listings, people seem to have the faith to get started and continue with their plans to make a move this year. Many sellers have wanted to sell but wonder where they'll go. Many buyers have wanted to buy but wonder how they'll compete in possibly multiple offer situations. While market conditions in the last few years have been a challenge, there are many strategies I can share to help anyone buying or selling properties these days to reach their goals.
