Your Local Real Estate, Mid-May Update
As we continue through the busy Spring market, let's take a moment to reflect on the housing trends from the past month. Despite various challenges, the market continued to show resilience, with steady demand and overall limited inventory in most price ranges. Having said this, the beginning of May brought quite a few new listings on the market in certain areas around the same time. We certainly need the inventory, so if you know anyone thinking of selling, I'd be glad to explain market conditions in detail.
